PROJECT: Website update for The Office on Trafficking in Persons

REQUIREMENTS:

PHASE 1

WEBSITE AUDIT, USER TESTING & RESEARCH REPORT

I conducted an audit of the original website, assessing the current user experience and user paths through information.

User testing was also completed by developing user profiles, goal charts and test forms to collect data on users reactions to the current website.

A report was written and presented to discuss the research findings and recommendations for website improvement.

PHASE 2

STRATEGY GUIDE & INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE

The current information architecture of the website was mapped out, along with updated information architecture so the client could compare the two.

A Strategy Guide was compiled and presented for further explanation.
